The second layout goes over the page with more pics of my boys....let's take a look at these lil cuties. The emphemera pieces really compliment the photos and the wonderful, deep tones of blues within the paper range. The Shop and Crop online store has many options for pocket scrapbooking, with a wide range of manufacturers and other products suitable for this style of scrapping. The great thing about pocket scrapbooking, as you will see, you can make this as embellished or as simple as you like. I have simply cut the patterned paper to the size of the 2x2 pockets and left some squares unembellished. Others have emphemera adhered to add a little more interest. For the larger pockets with two photos, I have simply used 3x4 photos and stuck them together. This is a nice way to do a side by side shot, as was the intention in these layouts. With a kit like this, the papers really highlight themselves - from the denim look paper to the beautiful butterflies. We also have a third son - a baby boy, Blake Samuel, that was stillborn at 21 weeks - I like to think the butterflies bring some of his memory to the pages. Here are some close ups... Thankyou for joining me for these pocket scrapbooking layouts - I hope you will give this a try. I would love to see what you create! Until next time....
