Hello layout with Anita Bownds
Hi there,
Today I'm sharing a layout created using crate paper cute girl collection
I chose this photo to use its of my beautiful boy this photo was taken the day after my kitty had a stroke and went blind he felt safe laying on the bed while I was talking to him
So for this layout I was thinking I wanted to do angled bits of patterned paper
At the top of my cardstock
I used the vellum as part of my photo layers
and I made my own tag from patterned paper and tuck it behind my photo
And some machine stitching across the borders
I also used my deco scissors and added a scallop border
I flicked some gold colour blast mist on either side of my photo
And with the stickers I add them underneath my photo in a horizontal
I hope you have enjoyed my layout inspiration this week

Scrapping on a Budget.......
Good morning how are you all? Rikki here, today marks the first day of the Christmas holidays and whhhhhhhhoooooooooooo I am excited, this hopefully marks some mojo change and some quality family time and of course some crafting time.
Today I am sharing with you a layout completed for Shop and Crop, using some of the very adorable Crate Paper range - Cute Girl which is in store at the moment.
If your like me you want your stash to stretch out or you are on a budget especially at Christmas time, you want some new paper and some items but dont have the money to go with your disires. This month I will be sharing with you how to blend some old with new, how to go and create something from your stash and complete a few layouts.
For this layout I wanted to use one sheet from the Crate Paper range (new) but didnt think it would stretch out over the whole page so I went into my stash into a Maggie Holmes paper pad where there where some grean and aqua ruler strips so I could complete the page.
To add a simple layout grab a paper doily its a quick way to add a layer and they are cheap too.
With a few peieces of chipboard your layout is complete.
If you dont have a lot of paper dont stress why not with some fringing shears cut strips and a tassle away for a quick, effective and cost reducing background. A great way to use some of your left overs as well.
If you try this technique please share your link in the comments or over at the Shop and Crop Inspiration facebook page, we would love to see what you come up with.
Cute Girl - My Girl
So stay tuned , next week I will be continuing with how to create and blend old with new.
Till next time have a creative day.

Spoiled kitty layout with Anita Bownds
Hi there,
Anita with you Today I'm sharing a layout created with the
For shop and crop kit club
I started with my white cardstock flicking some colour blast shimmer spray across the cardstock
Then I cut 2 strips of the striped patterned paper and used scissors to ad a scallop edge
And added top and bottom of my layout
Then I fussy cut the words from another bit of patterned paper from the kit and added
Top and bottom of my layout in 2 corners
Next I added some stickers from the sticker sheet
Around the words
I matted the photo on patterned paper and used the reserved side of the patterned paper
To add behind as a layer I also made a tag from patterned paper and add some twine
Then I added some of the stickers around my photo and added a fussy cut word as part of my title
Using the alphas in the kit I added my rest of the title
Then to finish it off I added some stickers top and bottom of my layout
I hope you have enjoyed my layout inspiration this week

Amazing birthday cake layout with Anita Bownds
Hi there,
Today I'm sharing a layout using my minds eye
I started off with my white cardstock and flicked Apple of my eye and bling colour blast shimmer spray
I cut strips to add behind my cake cutfile using the pink and the creamy polka dot gold foil
Then I popped it up with double sided foam tape
At the top of my layout I add some twine and stickers to make a banner
With the flowers I add the red polka dot paper first then the green
And the added them to the cake with double sided foam tape
Then I matted my photo and added to the middle of my cake and added a party hat and my title using the stickers
Next I added 6 gold foil stickers
And that's it ...
I hope you have enjoyed my layout inspiration this week
