Hi there,
Anita here with you today sharing a few layouts
using the my minds eye in bloom collection
Exclusive to the scrapbook and paper craft show ,
so if you are going don't forget to check out all the fabulous Collection kits
Available in the shop and crop kit club booth
With my first layout I thought I would fussy cut those big beautiful flowers to add to a page or 2

I started with white cardstock and cutting the white with black polka dot patterned paper in half
and applying it to the cardstock on one side
Then adding a strip of the black with gold polka dot just over the edge and adding so machine stitching

Then I matted my photo on pink with black polka dot patterned paper
and popped it on some double sided foam tape to give it dimension
Then I started embellishing around the photo with stickers and chipboard stickers

I used stickers for my title applying them to top and bottom of my photo
I added a sticker flower in the corner of the photo and added double sided foam tape to the back to add a bit of dimension

I added some strips of journaling using my typewriter underneath my photo
And a brad and chipboard bits to the bottom left hand corner of the photo

For my second layout I went with a simple floral design using the black and white floral patterned paper
I cut a quarter of the floral patterned paper and added it to the top of my layout

Then added a strip of the black with gold polka dot patterned paper
across the bottom edge of the floral patterned paper And machine stitched the edges of it
Then I matted my photo on the pink polka dot patterned paper then on the big gold polka dot patterned paper

I used stickers for my title and applying a few around the photo
Adding a tag, journaling sticker and chipboard sticker to the top of the photo

At the bottom of my photo I added a journaling sticker that I used a stamp on
And a pretty bradto add some dimension I also added a bit of journaling with my typewriter

PinkFresh Studio Fun with Anita Bownds

Hi there,
Today I'm sharing a few pink fresh layouts with you
My first layout is about happy mail, each time I receive a box of goodies I get super excited
And can't wait to play with them... but I guess everyone gets so excited to play when the get awesome paper goodies..

With this layout I wanted to use this creamy light coffee patterned paper as my background
And I thought the pink and red would complete the look I was going for
So I added a strip of one of the other patterned papers I cut in half for another project
And tucked the pink and red triangle under the edge in the centre
I thought the packaging that the product comes in was super cute so I cut some up and added behind my photo layers

I used the die cuts and tuck them behind my photo and around my photo
I add the cute paper clip

And I added my title and a sub title using the die cuts

My next layout is of a butterfly I followed around the garden to get a photo
I started bu layering my white cardstock over the colourful plus patterned paper
And machine stitching around the edges

Using the 4 x4 cut aparts I add one at the top of my layout for my title
Then I layered 3 other patterned paper and added my photo on top

Next I add some die cuts and stickers around the photo and
Added a few puffy stickers as sprinkles

Pink fresh live more is crop kit for this month and it's a wonderful collection to play with
So check out the other kits they are fabulous

Get Creative Layout With Anita Bownds

Hi there,
Today I'm sharing a a few layouts my first layout is about my scrap space
Nothing better than a clean desk ready to scrap on..

I started with white cardstock, then fussy cut those big arrow lines out as they were a bit big to cut out with my paper trimmer . Then using my sewing machine I add some machine stitching along the edges
Then next I add some of that lovely plus sign patterned paper behind my photo and some to the left hand side of my layout

I like to cluster my embellishments around my photo and sometimes in one corner to give extra dimension and texture to the layout

I add a cure paper clip on the left of my photo and underneath that I put a little quote
Where the magic happens ,I've tucked tags and little bits in behind to give it dimension and colour
And then I've added my title

For my second layout
It's my take on this months challenge
I chose stamping, embossing powder, cardstock

I started by being inspired by the collection and drawing a few flowers and a swan
That I turned into a fut files
I backed my flowers on the light purple cardstock and the leaves on the light green and adding rhinestones and chipboard to the centres of the flowers

I pop some of the flowers up on double sided foam tape and backed the swan on the dark purple cardstock
And did the same for the swans wing and popped it up to give it that 3D look

Then I matted my photo on some pretty flower patterned paper and tucked it under the swan and flowers
Then using some vellum I stamped and used colour blast bling gold embossing powder and embossed it and add it underneath the top left hand corner of my photo layers

Then I added a bow paper clip to the top and chipboard
And here are some close ups of my flowers and swan

hey sugar layout with Anita Bownds

Hi there,
Today I wanted to share a layout I created using the pink paislee oh my heart collection
Its the cropaholic kit for this month and it's absolutely lovely
And new cut files in my store today
I was totally excited to try something a little different with the patterned papers using one of the patterned papers that had a unique quarted design

I been seeing lots of people use a pink background and thought I would give it a try
And as there is a lot of pink on this layout I wanted it to be spread out a bit so it would blend

So I done a process video so you can see just how I created this layout

Here is a close up look at my fur baby enjoying his favourite cow skin rug

You can find my cut file here in my Etsy shop

I hope you have enjoyed my inspiration today
Don't forget to pop on over and check out the kits this month

Happy crafting

Now is the new later layout with Anita Bownds

Hi there ,
Anita here with today sharing another lovely layout using the beautiful collection from

With this layout I thought I would use green in the mix with the pink as I just didn't want it to be just all pink
I used a photo of my fur baby kush ...yep he's a boy..but pink is so much cuter don't ya think
The story behind this photo was very important to me and I felt like it should be documented
Last yeah at the end of November my little buddy had a stroke and he went blind and every day since had been a learning experience for him and for him to start feeling like himself again has been one of the most important things that has happened in the last month..
He came into my scrap studio and meows at me to day hello I give him a pat and some love he flops down on the floor rolling on to his back in his own comfy way falls asleep with his mouth open and starts to snore...and I was like wow I have my little buddy back.. it's been a long 3 months waiting for that time to come that he just felt comfortable enough to just lay on the floor and not care about the sounds going on around him...

So when I started this layout it was just the white cardstock and the pink and floral flowers I cut
I have a thing for circles at the moment..I wanted them to meet in the middle and tuck underneath the photo
It was very plan looking so I decided to trim down the sided a bit and add the green patterned paper behind

I was also thinking it now needs more embellishments along that green edges
So I used some of the little circles and some washi from the sticker book and some of those fabulous foiled stickers

I added a few die cuts from the ephemera pack to add on top of the circles

I used a die cut for my title

I also added some little bows I made from the patterned papers

And lastly I added a few flicks of black mist to add a extra bit of texture to the background

I hope you have enjoyed my layout inspiration this week
