'Adore You' mixed media tags
Hello scrappy peeps, Sarah here today with some mixed media tags using the Bo Bunny 'Farmers Market' Collection. I started out making some cards (which you would have seen last week) and then my big luggage tags caught my eye. I applied some of the patterned paper to the tags using gel medium. I applied some white gesso and Dylusions paints to them, as pictured below.
I had these two little photos of my youngest son from some time ago that I thought would go well with the themed paper. I used stickers from the Bo Bunny 'Farmers Market' sticker sheet and layered chipboard, Green Tara Fantasy Bloom Ochre and other embellishments from my stash. I used a black fineliner for the edges and an Ali Edwards Week in the Life stamp set for the text. The circle embellsihment is from Charms Creations with the 'Adore You' flair from D-lish Scraps. Here are some close up shots;
Thanks for joining me....until next time!

Sisters layout with Anita Bownds
Hi there everyone,
Anita here with you today sharing a layout using crate paper cute girl
Using a photo of my girls using Snapchat filters
I started of with my white cardstock cutting doilies at the bottom of my cardstock
And adding patterned paper to the top of the layout with 2 strips at one at the bottom and one in the middle
I layered the patterned paper behind my photo and adding some of the vellum
And using the stickers as my title
I used one of my cut file and randomly did a few around my cardstock
Using some paint I added a few bits of colour behind the cuts
On another bit of patterned paper I added behind my cardstock so you can see the patterned paper through the cuts
Here you can see the a wider shot of the doily

'Farmers Market' Simple Cards
Good morning all, Sarah here some very simple cards for you to make using the Bo Bunny 'Farmers Market' Collection available in store now! This is the second of my projects using this kit and I must say that there is so much product still left in this kit that there's many more to come!
Using white cardstock as your base, make a couple of cards. For the card pictured above, I simply cut a piece of patterend paper a little smaller than the card front. Using Distress Ink in the 'Tea dye' colour, I inked around the edges of the card front before adhering the paper. This is a great tip for when you dont have the colour cardstock needed for a project - just use your ink pads to colour the card edge that the paper will be matted to.
I cut and adhered a strip of the reverse side and simply added one of the layered chipboard stickers - 'You are my favorite pick'. I love the glittery touch of these chipboard pieces and this is a lovely sentiment for a card. For the second card, pictured below, I again created the card base using white cardstock and adhered another piece of patterned paper to the front after again inking the card edges. The hessian strip on top is from the Bo Bunny Farmers Market sticker sheet. The flowers from Green Tara. I added some white acrylic paint splotches to the front to finish off the card. You could easily add a sentiment of your choice to this card.
Thanks for joining me and why not give some simple cards a go yourself! Cards for any occassion are always handy to have.
