Beautiful....

Hello there!

Today I'm back to share with you a layout and a card I made using the awesome My Mind's Eye "Hooray" Collection that I received earlier this month in my DT pack :)

First up I have my beautiful layout! 

To create the background I used one of Kaiser's 12 x 12 templates - Damask Quarters with texture paste and then randomly sprayed Kaiser Mists over it!  To get the flickers of Mists I removed the lid and just tapped the squirter piece until I was happy with the additional colour on my page. Then finished off the layout with bit and pieces from the Love Always Pack, some stickers from the MME Hooray Collection and Green Tara Flowers.

Other products I have used from my stash include, Manor House Flowers and some Dusty Attic Chipboard.

My last share for this post is a card I made using left over pieces from the MME Hooray Collection I embellished it with a few gorgeous little Wood Veneer Pieces I received in my DT kit! 

To finish off the card I have added a few flowers from my stash and some flicks of Picket Fence Distress Stain Spray.

Another layout using October's Crop kit !!!!

Good morning Rikki here today to show you how to use ever bit of your Shop and Crop Crop kit for October, this is something that I often try to make sure I do, as I am really trying not to add to my ever growing stash..... and lets face it if you have your kit out why not keep going?

The only thing that I added to this layout is some vellum from my stash and thats good because I am using what I have...... if you dont have vellum you can skip this layer or, you could try and use some baking paper.... it would give you that sheer look without buying anything new.

The Hooray layer is from your packaging on the acrylic shapes..... why throw it out when is so pretty....

What to do with your leftover October Crop kit

Good morning Rikki, here to show you one of the bonus layouts from this month Shop and Crop Crop kit subscription. Using the fabulous Crop Kit.

For those who subscribe you would have been given a few specific bits of information on what to keep and not throw out....... cause we need them for the packaging and I have some tips to use them on your layout, nothing like not wasting any of your kit.

This layout is based on this month Shop and Crop Sketch Challenge.

 The amazing title, the diamonds, the cake and the stars are from the packaging also.....

Just a little bit of Gelato to add a mixed media element to your layout.....
